I designed Mountain Birdy Studio as a place where my daughter and I could create our art. My studio is named after her. I’m an artist who creates things within the realm of ceramics and semi-precious stones (beads made from gem stones
and pearls and Precious Metal Clay, or PMC.) My work includes functional pottery, jewelry and sculptural forms.
I am currently completing a BFA in Ceramics from the University of Houston-Clear Lake and will receive it this December. I am planning to continue on to an MFA.
My two favorite things are creating with my daughter (7), and bringing joy to peoples’ lives through my artwork.
